Haydons Place will be supporting Four Short of a Miracle at the Boileroom on the 2nd April. They will join fellow local bands Follow Wyliss and Goodnight Vienna and, just like all the other acts on the bill, will be loud and heavy. Tickets are currently onsale for £4.

A couple of support bands have been added to the bill for The Adamski Kid’s headline show at the Boileroom on the 23rd March. The first is Copacabana Kid, a Brazilian band who are bouncy and energetic if their debut record Tropical Slash is anything to go by. Also playing that night will be Fears. Tickets are available now for £5.

Not content with just playing one show in Guildford this week (they’re at Nylon Sky’s signing party this Friday at the Star Inn), Eschar have announced a headlining show at the Boileroom. The gig will take place on the 5th March and support comes from Antlered Man and Scratch Latin. If you like a bit of progressive metal, chances are you’ll enjoy watching these guys. Tickets are £4 in advance and available now.

G Live has announced that The Waterboys will be playing there in May. Mike Scott’s band will take to the Guildford stage on the 21st May as part of an extensive UK & Irish tour. Tickets are £28.50 and onsale now.
