Hot Chip and LCD Soundsystem announce joint gigs
This is properly exciting news. You like Hot Chip? You like LCD Soundsystem? You should do because they’ve two of the best dance albums this year so far. Well, they’ve only just gone and announced two joint-headlining gigs this November! The bands will be performing at Alexandra Palace in London (the most hideously difficult venue to get to in the capital) on the 10th and Cardiff International Arena on the 12th. Tickets might be onsale now. They might not be. I checked at 9am for a ticket link and there was absolutely nothing and even when someone on Twitter suggested one for me to use that didn’t wield luck for me either. If they are onsale and you know a ticket link, drop me a comment and I’ll update this post accordingly. For now, just feel happy that these two shows are allowed to exist.
Update: Two extra shows have been added: The Sheffield Magna Arena on the 13th and Manchester Apollo on the 15th. Tickets for all dates go onsale next Friday at 9am.
