Animal Collective to release ‘Fall Be Kind’? [UPDATED]
It seems like an age since Animal Collective put out Merriweather Post Pavillion, a record that I maintain is, whilst very good, not the outstanding LP of the year. However, this might not be the only Animal Collective album release this year. Amazon.com have reportedly put up a listing for a new release by the band in December with the title of Fall Be Kind, which is available to pre-order. This is pretty much all that is known about it at the moment and there’s no confirmation from the band or their label to confirm that this even exists. If any confirmation/denial of the product is known later on then I’ll update this post later on.
UPDATE: It’s been confirmed! It’s also not a new album, but a five-song EP.
