Jack Peñate joins Reading & Leeds
Reading & Leeds is now only two months away – yes, it’s hard to know where the time has gone since it feels like only recently there was all the ticket buying stress – and the lineup is still being added to. This week it’s only one person though, as the organisers announce the appearance of solo songwriter Jack Peñate for the Friday at Reading and the Sunday at Leeds on the Radio 1/NME Stage. He’ll slot in between the reinvented sound of The Horrors and the lungs of Florence & The Machine in the afternoon and will most likely mix it up between songs from his average first album and his more adventurous and tropical second album.
