Reading & Leeds announce Lock Up Stage lineups
The Lock Up Stage is now the stage where all the heavy rock takes place following what seems to be the demise of the rock day at Reading and Leeds. Early on Tuesday morning on Radio 1′s Punk Show the initial wave of acts for that stage were announced. Billy Talent will headline the stage on Friday at Reading and Sunday at Leeds whilst Rise Against will headline the Friday at Leeds and Saturday at Reading. Other artists set to appear over the days include Anti-Flag, Alexisonfire, The Bronx and Thursday amongst others. If you’re wondering why there are only two days of this stage, it shares billing with the Dance Stage, which have no acts announced at present. Tickets for the three-day festival have long since sold out.
