Field Day 2009: Mogwai to headline
Field Day is returning this year on the 1st August. The small festival at Victoria Park in East London is now in its third year and the initial line-up has been confirmed. Scottish post-rockers Mogwai will be headlining. Other acts also announced were Four Tet, James Yorkston, Apes And Androids, Malcolm Middleton, Fennenz, Errors and DJ Skream. The price of a ticket to the festival is a measly £29.50 (I say measly because other festivals will charge lots more for day tickets this year, so it is a real bargain) plus the usual booking fees and are available through the normal ticket outlets, though I suggest going with Ticket Web for the cheapest booking fees possible.
