Bloc Party – One Month Off
Bloc Party are to set release a new single off their third album, Intimacy. One Month Off, which will be released on the 26th January next year, is definitely single material. It’s fast paced, will set indie dancefloors alight and is one of the closest things from the LP to get close to anything off of Silent Alarm. The main issue really is the video. Bloc Party are obviously not a video band. This video, which is essentially a claymation fairytale with a dash of military stuff like tanks, makes no real sense and has no real relation to the song.
